Fantastic Stay with Amazing Hot Springs!
pristine hot springs amazing breakfast friendly staff
The hot springs were pristine and relaxing. My family enjoyed them. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I also took the drive to the top of the mountain to view the grounds and the volcano. It was a must see. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.
I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear neighbors talking on both sides of my room. This. I value privacy and quiet during my vacations.

The hotel features several hot spring pools, a regular pool, and a swim-up bar. There is a viewpoint for the volcano. A free shuttle offers transport within the resort area.

Wonderful Hot Springs and Pools!

The hotel features many hot springs and regular pools. Water slides provide entertainment for all ages. I liked having a pool bar and a restaurant right there. The convenience store on site was handy for souvenirs and essentials.
The walls seemed rather thin as I could hear neighbors talking. Even moderate rain sounded loud on the ceiling.

The standard room included useful amenities. There were plenty of cups available in the room. I appreciated the pull out beds underneath the main ones.

The resort has several hot springs. These pools have varying temperatures. The hotel also includes water slides and lush tropical landscaping. I enjoyed hiking up to the viewpoint and seeing toucans.

the room was a superior room and very spacious. breakfast was diverse and delicious. thermal pools had varied temperatures.
the shuttle service to reach rooms located uphill was slightly inconsistent.

Enchanting Stay Amidst Natural Beauty

The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food options. I appreciated that the room was clean and spacious. I found a car port near the room which was very helpful during rain (a lovely touch!). The hot springs were good, and their location within the hotel was excellent.
I thought the buildings were far apart, requiring reliance on the shuttle service.

The hotel provided views of the volcano. It is located within a park, around 2 km from the volcano, accessible by car or on foot, offering opportunities for exploration and appreciation of the natural surroundings.

Our room was plenty big for all of us, providing comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The superior room was well kept daily with efficient and meticulous staff taking care of it (it felt very special).
